 Caminti Exceptional School, Tampa, FL
Complete HVAC renovation of 90,000 square foot project which included replacement chiller, AHU & VAV Terminals.
 Cannella Elementray School, Tampa, FL
Replacing the existing thermol storage system with air cooled chillers. The existing ice harvester unit supplies chilled water to a single low temperature air handler serving the school. The new system will use two air cooled chillers to a supply 33 degree polypropylene glycol solution to the air handler.
 Dale Mabry Elementary, Tampa, FL
New construction and relocation of media center along with 12 new classrooms. Also included in the scope is a renovation of the existing media center into 4 classrooms, an electrical room, a storage room and a janitorial closet.
 Webb Middle School, Tampa, FL
HVAC renovation of 120,000 square foot middle school. Project included replacement chiller, rooftop unit, and underground piping. Total construction budget $800,000.
